Happy New Year!
Is it 2012 already!? 2011 was full of changes for me – pregnancy, the birth of my son, and now being a stay-at-home Mommy. What a wonderful year! I know 2012 will be even better. I get to watch my adorable son grow this year, which is so exciting but a little sad. I just want him to stay little and cuddly forever!! 
Because of all the changes in my personal life, 2012 brings new changes to the business…

- My professional products including framed prints, canvases, and albums will now be offered at special lower prices so you can have the best of both worlds.

Staying home…
You may or may not know this but photography has been a side thing for me – My day job has been a software engineer… until now! Now my full time job is being a stay at home mom! I can hardly believe it myself – If someone had told me a few years ago that I would be a SAHM I wouldn’t have believed it. Things change! And I’m so excited! And nervous. But most of all I am extremely BLESSED to have this opportunity!
Of course I’ll still being doing photography but being a mommy and wife is number one! I’ll be starting out with a small number of sessions per month and gradually adding more until I find that “happy” number for me. Because of this, it’s best to book about 1-2 months in advance.

New Look
Things look a little different here! I’m excited about the new look. I’ve combined my portfolio website and blog into one site. You will find all the info you need in one place now. Hopefully you’ll find it easier to browse. If anyone finds any issues please let me know. I’m sure I still have a few kinks to work out.
Blogging was put on hold while the new website changes were made so I have lots of posts to share and since my little bundle of joy is due here soon I’ve got them all scheduled to post over the next 15 days so my blog doesn’t get lonely. So be sure to visit everyday for my 15 day blogging marathon. Now I think I’ll go have a bowl of chocolate brownie ice cream.
Early Bird Special for Fall Sessions
I am booked up for the Spring/Summer and I will take maternity leave starting in July. I’ll start taking a small amount of sessions starting in October. Because I won’t be accepting any more sessions for the Spring and Summer, I thought I would offer a deal for those who want to go ahead and book a Fall session now. This special ends May 31st but there are only 7 spots available so it could end sooner. Don’t worry about setting a specific date – just choose the month you would like the session to occur in and we’ll set a date later. This is also a perfect opportunity to book your newborn session if your due date is in late October through December.

We’re having a little boy!!! And I’m so excited to start the nursery and shop for little boy clothes! I’m halfway to my due date and I have lots to do in the next 20 weeks! I absolutely CAN NOT WAIT to meet my sweet baby!

Deposit: $50 is due in order to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable for “no-shows” or cancellations unless someone else books in your spot. The rest of your payment is due the day of the session or the day before your session if you want to pay with a card.
Online galleries will be available for one week. A fee will occur to rehost the gallery after it expires.
If you want to order additional products, you are welcome to schedule an in-person ordering appointment for special pricing. Otherwise, you can order from your online gallery at retail prices. The ordering appointment must be set up before the online gallery expires.
New Blog!!!
Hi everyone!! Welcome to my new blog! Yay!
There’s lots of things changing this year besides the blog:
1. I’m having a baby! Big exciting change!
2. New logo. Did you notice?
3. New products are being offered!
4. I now offer product collections!
5. I no longer schedule on Sundays unless absolutely necessary.
6. From now on my clients will view their photos for the first time in-person at their “session premiere” which will take place at my home where you will get special pricing. Online galleries will be made available afterwards so you get the best of both worlds.
